This intervention intends to establish an exterior/interior connection. A lateral patio is established as the main element that connects the entrance, the house and the rear patio. The orientation of the house, the configuration of its doors and windows help to maximize natural ventilation and reduce the use of air conditioning. The vegetation also plays an essential role as it provides the tropical and natural character that the client is looking for. Ornamental blocks were installed over the exposed concrete fence to allow ventilation to pass through. They also provide privacy and transparency between the private and public areas.
