The urban housing proposal starts from the sustainable concept, where the common area interacts directly with the natural outdoor space, in addition to the collection of rainwater and its natural ventilation. It presents a rectangular form that allows the project to organize the housing program in a single level. By means of a solid facade front, visibility to the interior of the house is avoided because each program area opens to the outside, favoring the interaction with the external environment.
